I've added Paint.Net (a new graphics program someone suggested to me) to my Best Free Graphics Programs review [ here ].
I've also updated the [ Free Image Hosts ] sections to reflect recent changes to some of the host sites.

photoplus is not a bad program! like the
review said, animation is a little tricky,
but one you get the hang of it, it's great!
ima think about moving on to gimp... lol!
